Lively Mobile Plus is a Personal Emergency Response System (PERS) that is a covered benefit through your Asuris Medicare Advantage Plan. It’s easy to take advantage of this benefit by calling 800-358-9586 (TTY: 711). Lively Mobile Plus medical alert works anywhere you go, inside or outside and it is waterproof. It can be worn around the neck or on a belt clip. Anytime you press the button it will connect you with a trained Urgent Response agent 24 hours a day, every day.

We all want to feel safe. Even if you carry a mobile phone, you don’t know if the person you call to help will answer. And sometimes, it is not clear if immediate help is needed. The Lively Mobile Plus offers:

  • Quick help if you suddenly fall

  • An extra layer of support with a push of a button wherever you are

  • Urgent Response agents who can help identify additional community support or services

  • Real-time assistance with scheduling doctor appointments or refilling prescriptions

Fall Detection response available.

When Lively Mobile Plus detects that you have fallen, it will automatically call an Urgent Response agent who can help or send help to you. Lively Mobile Plus is waterproof. It’s safe to use in the shower or bathtub, and on rainy or wet days. You can take it wherever you go.

Having a PERS device provides access to an Urgent Response agent who is trained in emergency and non-emergency situations. It is handy to have in case you are locked out of your home, experience car trouble, are in potential danger, or experiencing a medical emergency.

Additionally, here are other situations you can press your button for help:
