The Lively SIM Card Kit is compatible with most devices, except iPhone 14, 15, and 16. For Lively service to function properly, your device must:
Be unlocked and compatible with the Verizon network
Operate on Android 7.0/iOS 17 or above
Have access to the Google Play Store/Apple App Store
Common Questions
Currently, you have to call our Retail Activations team to activate a SIM card. Prior to calling, be sure to have your device IMEI and SIM ICCID on hand. You can retrieve the IMEI by entering *#06# on your phone keypad. The SIM ICCID is printed under the barcode on the physical SIM card.
For SIM Kit Users
To transfer your current phone number to your new SIM card, call the Lively team at 1-866-233-3436. Hours of operation are 7 a.m.–10 p.m. ET and weekends from 9 a.m.–6 p.m. ET..
For Jitterbug Phone Users
Make sure your Jitterbug phone is powered on and has cellular service.
Log into My Account. (If you don't yet have an online account, you'll need to create one.)
We’ll ask a few questions about your old carrier and guide you through requesting a transfer.
Tip: It is helpful if you have a copy of a recent phone bill or have access to your online account from your old carrier. You will be asked to provide some account information.
