At Lively, we continuously aim to improve the services and products we provide to you, while also complying with any relevant new laws. Throughout the year, we may make updates to clarify our terms, services, or use of your personal information. We want to be as transparent as possible about these changes. January 2024

Legal Terms

  • Effective on January 1, 2024, our Urgent Response Terms and Conditions and Smart and Flip Phone Customer Agreement will be updated to include additional information regarding our use of geolocation information, include with whom and the circumstances under which your geolocation information may be shared.

  • Effective on January 1, 2024, our Urgent Response Terms and Conditions and Smart and Flip Phone Customer Agreement, Lively Health and Safety Services Month-to-Month Customer Agreement, and Apple Watch Subscription Customer Agreement will be updated to include:

    • Details regarding options for paying your invoices, including any relevant processing fee; and

    • Additional details regarding the Nurse OnCall services available with Premium Plan subscription.

Privacy Policy

  • Effective on January 1, 2024, our privacy policy will be updated to include details regarding our processing and your rights under the Utah Consumer Privacy Act.

Standard Limited Warranty

  • Effective January 17, 2024, our Standard Limited Warranty will be updated to clarify or warranty process regarding unauthorized sellers of our Products.

March 2024

Services

  • Effective on March 1, 2024, our Lively Link services will be updated to only reflect when a subscriber is “at home” or “away from home”. Subscribers will no longer be able to add custom “Locations”, i.e., Doctor’s office, via their Personal Profile.

Privacy Policy

  • Effective on March 31, 2024, our privacy policy will be updated to include details regarding our processing and your rights under the Washington My Health My Data Act.

May 2024

Billing

  • Effective May 1, 2024, we will be updating the timing for processing automatic billing and will be updating the descriptions of the fees we charge in our invoices.

Data Plans

  • Effective May 29, 2024, date usage over plan allowance was reduced from $0.10 per megabyte to $0.02 per megabyte.

Privacy Policy

  • Effective on July 1, 2024, our privacy policy will be updated to include details regarding our processing and your rights under the Texas Data Privacy and the Security Act and Oregon Consumer Privacy Act.

  • Effective on July 23, 2024, our privacy policy will be updated to include additional details regarding our processing and your rights under the Washington My Health My Data Act.

Standard Limited Warranty

  • Effective July 1, 2024, our Standard Limited Warranty will be updated to clarify or warranty process regarding open box items.
