Deleting your Personal Health Information

We take great care to protect your privacy. If you would like us to delete your Consumer Health Data from our records, you may ask us here.

This request only relates to deleting your Consumer Health Data. If you want to delete your personal information by exercising your rights under other state laws, click Delete My Data.

Here's how it works and what it means for you.

Best Buy Health aims to enrich and save lives through technology and meaningful connections. To do that, we offer various services aimed to help keep you safe, connected, and healthy. By deleting your data, we will not be able to provide you the same level of service to which you are accustomed. We also may not be able to continue to provide services such as Urgent Response, Care Advocate, and Nurse OnCall. Once you delete your Health information, it is permanent. You can’t undo it.

If you would like to continue with your deletion request, follow the below steps based on your device type:

Lively/Jitterbug Phone Customers:

1. If you have a Preferred or Premium plan, you will need to call our Customer Service at 1-800-733-6632 and switch your current plan to the Basic Plan.

2. Once your plan has been switched, submit a Request by clicking Continue below.

Lively Mobile/Lively on Apple Watch/Lively On Alexa:

1. Because your plan includes Urgent Response, we are unable to delete your information unless you cancel your services. To cancel your services, please call our Customer Service at 1-800-733-6632.

2. Once your services have been cancelled, submit a Request by clicking Continue below.

There’s some information we won’t delete.

The deletion request only applies to your Consumer Health Data as it is defined in Washington state law. If you wish to delete other information Lively has about you, please visit our State Privacy Rights page and follow the deletion request process described there. Similarly, if we have information that is regulated under federal laws like HIPAA, we will not delete it.
